"Staff were rude not helpful at all"

"We had a great stay at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has that classic Miami luxury feel the second you walk in. The lobby, pools, restaurants, and beach area all feel high-end and well maintained. Our room was very nice, comfortable, and had a great view. The location is excellent if you want to enjoy Miami Beach without being right in the middle of the craziness of South Beach, but still close enough to get there by Uber. The pool area is one of the best parts of the hotel. Lots of energy, great music, and a fun Miami vibe. The beach access is also very convenient. Having restaurants, bars, and LIV nightclub right inside the hotel makes it easy to have a full night out without leaving the property. Food and drinks are definitely expensive, but that is expected at a luxury Miami Beach resort. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Fontainebleau if you want a fun, upscale Miami stay with everything in one place."

"I recently stayed at the Gale Hotel for 6 days, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Throughout my entire stay, housekeeping never serviced my room, even after I specifically requested it. When I asked about getting clean bed linens, I was told that I would need to change the sheets myself, which is not what I expect when staying at a hotel. I was also disappointed to find there was no microwave in my room. When I asked if there was a communal microwave available for guests to use, I was told that because I was staying in a balcony suite, a microwave was not provided. This was frustrating, especially during a longer stay. While the property itself has potential, the lack of basic guest services and the response I received when seeking assistance made my stay far less enjoyable than expected. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests."
