"Upon check-in, we charged an extra $20 to get into our room early, even though there were plenty of rooms available. When arriving in our room, there was hair in the bathtub so it clearly had not been cleaned very well. Towels were thin, but housekeeping staff was courteous and did provide us with extra towels when we requested. There was no smoke free outside area to sit. Both the front outside area, which actually was in the parking lot, And the pool area, were available to smokers. Would not stay here again."

"Small room, low bed, noisy AC. But has the necessities and it perfectly located right on the beach. Beach and chairs and umbrella and nice pool. Good breakfast included. Valet is what it is, but system works well. Wifi good and staff was great. Easy to navigate from text messages. Needs: quieter AC and faster elevator. I'd have left a nicer tip if the staff had any change. Overall great experience. Location cannot be beat. Walk right out to a private beach is what you are paying for and that's what they offer. High value for cost and breakfast is included."

"Clean room, bed was comfortable, proximity to cruise port was good and so was the free shuttle service. Parking the car in their lot for our cruise was $10 a day although their website doesn’t show that; which was better than $20 a day for the port parking."

"Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, everything we could want. The room featured a separate bedroom with a queen bed, a large living room area with a sofa/daybed that slept 2 people. There was a good sized fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stovetop. Air conditioning was nice and cold. Location is convenient and a very short walk to the beach. Beach towels and folding chairs were available at the front desk which was a nice option"
