"Front counter reception help is on point "

"Excellent service! Help offered before you even ask. This feels like an old school hotel. Facilities and rooms are a little dated but are very clean, which is what matters for me. Location is great-there is a bridge connecting the hotel to the train station and bus station. If you are using the airport limo bus, the stop is on the street outside of the main bus/taxi roundabout in front of the aeon mall/mona mall/ train station. Disney is about 2 stops away but they also offer a free shuttle to and from tokyo disney and disney sea. It is a 40 minute train ride to and from central tokyo, so take that into consideration if you are planning to just do disney for a few days and spending more days sightseeing in central tokyo. "

"Amazingly friendly staff. Clean room/property. Would stay again! They let me store my luggage before check in and the day I checked out. Immaculately clean room. If you're missing anything they should have it (toothbrush, comb, facewash etc). Laundry available and a good restaurant downstairs. Walking distance to the train station."

"The air conditioner was easy to use and got the room warmed up quickly, the kitchen has everything you need: apartment sized refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, 2 burner stove, pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, bottle opener, cutlery, cutting board and kitchen knives! The table is full size to enjoy a meal or play a game of cards together. The beds were medium firmness and we slept comfortably, our favorite part was the bunk beds! What a great configuration! I wish more hotels did this! The toilet is new and very nice and clean; the wet room was a nice size for the room and our kids appreciated having a bathtub to soak in. This hotel is now on our favorites list and we can’t wait to come back!"

"The entire staff was super friendly amenities were amazing. I’m a little bummed. They wouldn’t let me in the unseen because of a small tattoo, but I get it. It was a comfortable bed after long days at Disney."
