"Our stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay was great. The hotel is always clean, and all the staff are very helpful, organized, and speak fluent English, which made everything so easy. The room was spacious, and the amenities—like toothbrushes, pajamas, and more—were really convenient. Transportation is also a big plus. The limousine bus to Narita or Haneda stops right outside the hotel, and there’s a shuttle to Bayside Station where you can go directly to both Disneyland and DisneySea. The only downside for me was the laundry machines. It costs 200 yen for 15 minutes, but drying took more than 2 hours, which ended up being expensive and inconvenient. Overall, it’s a great hotel with fantastic service and location—just be prepared if you need to do laundry. "

"We were lucky to get an upgrade to a king suite. The room was HUGe. We had a view of Mount Fuji and was spectacular at sunset. Very close to the metro and easy to navigate. Walkable to so much!"
