"I had an amazing experience here. The staff was so friendly and the entire place was so clean! I didn't get to use the amenities because of my schedule, but they looked great in the pictures and I'm sure I would've loved them as well. There is a free shuttle to and from Disneyland and Disney Sea, which is so helpful! They're very glad to help you with anything you need. I would love to stay here again next time I visit here for Tokyo Disney."

"This hotel was really close to Kameido Station, giving us easy access to the city. It's even connected to a pharmacy. Just know that they take cash only at the pharmacy. The hotel doesn't have a Laundromat, but there's one located down the road. The staff are friendly and there's plenty of amenities. The rooms are a bit small, but it does the job. Most hotel rooms in Japan are small anyways."

"A great hotel with friendly staff and fantastic rooms by Japanese standards. The only let down was the dinner menu in the restaurant that had very little choice and very basic. It forces you to go outside the hotel to eat dinner. We did see a lot of guests ordering Uber Eats etc in the evening. Strange though as breakfast was really good. All in all a nice friendly hotel ideally located."

"Second time staying in here. Very satisfied again. This is more like a real living place instead of typical hotel vibe. It has kitchen, sinks, laundry machine, like real Japanese home. I personally think that this was probably just a regular mansion but transformed to hotel later. Anyway, good location, good room, good staff, good price. Will definitely stay again"
