"To put a card on file for a deposit, the front desk said it was an extra charge. The front desk took my deposit for the room via Venmo on his PERSONAL account. Checked out this morning and I was told I had to wait until the front desk person who clocks in at three pm for my deposit back when check out is at eleven am? lol then I spoke with a manager/owner over the phone and he made me cry all he kept telling me to do was calm down and kept interrupting me instead of hearing my worries. As a woman, I felt bullied by the three men I dealt with there. They didn’t make me feel safe or secure and they are definitely doing bad business! A lot of broken items and bed frames are terrible"

"Overall pleased with my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. No microwave which would have been nice, but there is a mini-fridge. I had a top floor (9th floor) room, but I could still hear the street noise pretty well. I grew up with city noise so it didn’t bother me too much, AND I also brought ear plugs. I was attending a conference at the LA Convention Center, and it was just a few minutes walk; it was perfect! LA Live with many restaurants and the Crypto Stadium are right across the street. Great location for what I needed!"

"Beautiful rooms and decor. Truly a unique place to stay and rather centrally located to 7th and Metro and the Theatre District. Tip: 25 all night parking at the lot across from Wholefoods."

"Loved the hotel and the room. It was clean and spacious. The price was good for the location. 3 minute walk from our parking, 5 minute walk to our dinner reservation, and a 5 minute walk to the concert venue. Having codes for entry, elevator, and the room was very convenient and easy. I would stay here again. I give it 3 stars because at the concert the band sprayed red water at the audience and it got my son’s hair wet. It was non-toxic and washed out of clothing. It got on his pillow and a couple towels and the hotel charged me for damage. I was notified a couple hours after checking out so they didn’t even wash the items to see that it would come out. At least wash the items first and then charge me if it’s a problem. Fortunately they did not charge an outrageous fee ($40)."
