"This was an amazing stay in the heart of Florence. Walkable to most attractions. The staff at the reception was exceptional. The lobby and dining room was beautiful !! We loved our stay there. "

"The staff was friendly and accomodating. My room and inside hotel was clean. It is very near to restaurants, shops all transportation and landmarks. The only negative is they were doing repairs outside the hotel and scaffold was obstructing my window and made the sidewalk very tight to walk. Overall I had a great experience staying at this hotel."

"Easy to check in as an English speaker, staff lovely. Visited the rooftop bar most nights and the staff even remembered our drinks order! We actually got engaged at the hotel so this place is extra special and we will be revisiting! View from rooftop is insanely pretty "
