Fabulous Hotel and Staff so polite and courteous. Especially the guys around the pool, Oscar the Pool Butler and his partner, so friendly. Room wasn't ready was the only thing when we arrived but we went to the outside restaurant and had lunch. Going out was easy arrive at the Concierge and he would get us a taxi straight away.

My 4th stay at Flamingos. The staff are excellent, the room is great and always clean, and the food/restaurants on the resort are great! Always a good time

Great. Much more welcoming than other hotels in PV. Really happy with the service i have received.

i would go back for the right pirce but you can really expect any luxury or gourmet staff.

A truly amazing experience! The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The attention to detail is of the highest level. The rooms are luxurious and the hotel grounds are stunning

The design, hacienda style, gardens, terraces and pool of the property were beautiful. The hotel Ocean Club at the beach was also wonderful great location not too big, not too crowded perfect beach and ocean views and sunset vistas.

We stayed in several different hotels during our trip and this was the last one before we flew home (chose it as close to the airport) was set in very beautiful scenic grounds with lots of flowers & ponds/waterways & had fish and a peacock. We love to see animals around hotel. Hotel easily accessible with buggy & had lifts. Had a nice view from bedroom over sea but disappointingly the windows were screwed shut . Room nice but shower was fixed to the wall & no bath. The pools were fine but...

Beautiful, spacious room looking out to Banderas Bay. Well maintained and well serviced. Great amenities - access to the beach, lots of restaurants/bars, gym, lots of pools to chose from. The food was great and the service was in the majority of cases, flawless and friendly. Only one slight issue with one restaurant waiter who took issue with us not tipping above the already included service charges and gratuities. This was pre-confirmed to us as being included in the All Inclusive package,...

Almost every element at Bon Hotel exceeded my expectations, the hotel, setting and most elements of the room were lovely the hotel as an entirety was exceptional. I would say 90% of the staff were at the same level of the standard of the hotel, we had some small issues - check in staff, smells in room furniture, but the pros definitely outweighed the cons, I travel everywhere and would very rarely go back to a hotel but Bon is one I would visit again. Especially after its next expansion. It was...

Near enough to good restaurants but quiet enough to be relaxing. Good rooms with beautiful views and quality restaurants in the hotel. Staff very well trained and clearly happy in their jobs.

Beautiful property, the family suite was stunning and the service was impeccable. We went for the “all inclusive” service and the food was okay, nothing extraordinary. I highly recommend this hotel
