The rooms are clean and well cared for, but the front desk folks in particular have gone above and beyond in anticipating my needs while I've been in town caring for my father who just started hospice this week. "I love the Oxford Suites downtown. They're always so nice and accommodating. The staff are the best. No matter who you talk to, they're all so friendly and welcoming. I slept great and it's close to all sorts of stuff to do, especially Riverfront Park. "

"The Montvale is an AMAZING spot in downtown Spokane. Beautiful old school inn feel, rooma are spacious and clean. Staff is super friendly. And it's a good deal price wise as well. Stayed here 4x now, wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay again, literally nothing good things to say. Thanks again Montvale!"
