Unique place to stay with FULLY upgraded bathroom. Has an elevator. Parking (at least in the garage) is an extra $5. Breakfast wasn't hot (like waffles or sausage) but it was plenty and sufficient. Comfortable place to say.

You can tell that they have worked really hard to make this a nice place to stay. We had a great experience, friendly staff, clean and nice room. Overall was good!

train trestle next to the parking lot and homeless people under it at night. During the day there was a homeless lady cussing and yelling. The carpet needs to go in the room because it smells like human urine on it. Had to leave the door open unless we were sleeping to air out the room even after we sprayed our body sprays in it. The staff was great though.

They wouldn’t let me do spit pay or Venmo that also wasn’t the only card they won’t except there was a whole list of cards that weren’t excepted but other than that it was good the staff was very understanding and helpful

Shower had a very slow drain. Single door lock was unstable you need to push the door forcefully so you can lock. Sheets were permanently stained, bed was medium firmness (uncomfortable for a side sleeper) bed was squeaky every time you shifted in bed.

Our room looked across from the raised train tracks. This concerned me at fist, but the train noises were barely noticeable. Our granddaughter enjoyed being able to watch the trains go by.

Very impressed with how friendly the staff were. Perfect location for walking around to explore Spokane. Area by the falls is amazing. Place was clean, nice bathroom, decent free breakfast. Only problem was the blackout curtain wasn't long enough or it was hung too high so the light shone in way too early. Would recommend otherwise

I liked how close it was to the riverfront park! Parking was excellent and even though it is close to train tracks, you really didn’t notice the trains too much! Enjoyed my quick stay here.

I wouldn’t call this a hotel. It’s definitely more of a motel. The pictures made it look a lot nicer than it is. The front desk looks different, cluttered, smells like an ashtray and the rooms are grungy. The towels had stains on them so we didn’t even use them, the bed sheets had a stain too and the room had a weird smell. I saw previous reviews that said it smells like cat urine and that’s pretty accurate. Outside of the ‘hotel’ there’s a lot of homeless people. Definitely not worth cost, would not stay there again.

When we checked in, we asked about the 4th of July activities. We were very unenthusiastically told they had no idea. We were given our keys with no explanation about anything. We would have loved to know there was a food voucher in the key folder. Yes, we could have looked, but besides the keys, we weren’t expecting anything else in there. The hotel is also right beside the train tracks, so if you are a light sleeper, avoid this hotel. The TV was also not working in our room. With the hospitality when we checked in, we opted to pull things apart and fix it ourselves. The room was clean, it was in walking distance to a lot of pubs and restaurants, but I will never stay there again.

There is a railway bridge just next to property so you can say good bye to peace. You can find multiple homeless living under the bridge, so taking a stroll might not be safe enough.
