The hotel was okay. Clean enough though the carpets turned our feet black. You have to specifically ask every day to get your room cleaned otherwise they don’t show up. Staff was friendly.

We stayed at the room that had a door directly to the pool which was amazing with kids. Little bummed that the smaller pool was not a hot tub it was cold so that was sad. And our mirror in our room was broke on the side so it needed to be updated. But everything else was amazing all of the workers were so friendly and amazing. And the food was really good. Overall totally recommend for a getaway for the family just for the weekend or even for a couple

Great facility... great location. I have stayed here many times and the last two times the front desk staff got an F on their customer services. They weren't great to elderly people for Gonzaga Grad weekend, and then weeks later was the same. The rooms, parking and facility are all 4 stars.

Room smelled front desk staff were not helpful when checking in didn’t look happy to be there and didn’t tell us where anything was. Restaurant staff were happy and helpful food was decent Pool was nice but pool furniture was filthy and needs to be wiped down at minimum once at the end of each night Beds in room were old and very soft to the point where you slide off because it’s so worn in All in all wouldn’t stay here again

It was a busy weekend, long line when I checked in so the desk staff were a bit flat and not particularly welcoming. I also let them know there was lotion or soap on the bathroom door from the prior guest, they made a note but it was never cleaned during my 2 day stay. I notified them within an hour of me checking in. The restaurant staff was very friendly and the food was good. We also enjoyed the pool. The pool was clean and the towels although empty or very low, appeared to be restocked every couple of hours. As I said it was a busy weekend, hot weather, so the pool was popular and I wouldn’t fault them for the low towels. The deco is nice and the rooms were well maintained.
