Nice picturesque neighborhood. Close to the Route 4 and Route 12 bus stops. A 7-11 is just a couple of blocks up the street. It lets you visit Spokane without feeling like a "tourist".

The picture of the Hotel is not the actual property. The building is much older with the expected wear and tear. Rooms are clean and a decent hot breakfast is offered.

First time stay at this hotel. Very late/early cherck in 1.30.a.m. and staff were amazing. Greeted with smile, easy and quick check in. Large clean room comfy beds, good breakfast. Area close to hospital. Would choose this hotel again.
