This hotel served our purpose. We had an event downtown Spokane, but this was much less expensive to stay and drive to our event. It's no frills, nothing fancy. Rooms were clean, but a little run down. Beds were comfy. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room. Wi-fi was spotty. Hot tub was down during our visit. Easily accessed off I-90. Ample parking. Restaurants, gas station, coffee were nearby. Overall, it was as I expected.

This was a disappointing stay. The beds were super hard with only one pillow that was like torn apart fluff! One bed had a horrific stain on the edge of the mattress. Just a sheet for a blanket and we got woken up in the middle of the night by the front desk for a mistaken complaint. Brutal breakfast as well. Won’t be staying here again!

The web site pictures look great. Hotel is worn, miss information from there centeral booking about hours for pool and hot tub. Front staff acknowledge that booking offten get pool hours wrong. Then they should get that fixed! Room was typical, Queen bed had two flat pillows, and the matteres was crap, it felt lumpy, like it was stuffed with old clothes. Breakfast was a joke, 3 green oranges, plastic wrapped cookies, thin toaster french toast gas station type snack and pacs of oat meal. I didn't expect much, but cereal and milk or real bread for toasting.
