The area is starting to get a little sketchy. I dripped water on the floor in the room, and when I cleaned it up the towel had dirt from the floor on it. The vinyl hardwood is cold when you have the air conditioning on and is sometimes slippery.

I normally don't write reviews but the Hotel Management at this Ramada Spokane property left me no choice. This is my opinion, and feeling safe is relative for everyone but I would AVOID this hotel at all costs. The property is surrounded by homeless people who I also witnessed in the parking lots. The hotel is dirtier and more run down than any of the pictures show. When I approached my room I heard very loud hip-hop music coming from the adjacent room and violent arguing. After seeing the room for less than 1 minute and looking out the window at more homeless people I requested a refund and told the front desk I did not feel safe here for me or my vehicle. I left the property after being told by the front desk my refund just needed mgmt approval and would be made. REFUND DENIED. I needed a last minute place to stay and failed to notice the non-refundable fine print. Expedia tried numerous times to remedy the issue with the hotel Mgmt but they refused. Don't make the mistake I did, avoid this hotel.

The hotel itself was absolutely gorgeous! Cleanliness was a problem for the entirety of the hotel, but the room seem to be decent. There was one lady at the counter that was absolutely amazing! Other than that the staff was complacent, rude, and completely undesirable. The hotel is located downtown where there's a lot of homeless and addicts. My kids are teenagers and I did not let them go anywhere by themselves! The pool was decent, could use a good cleaning though! I do have to say that the lady who runs breakfast was completely off her game! When food ran out she was nowhere to be found, customers were still coming in to expecting breakfast, and when the lady got there she was rude, and yelled at a woman with five kids. I'm completely not impressed and will never stay here again.
