There was some kind of bug infestation and when we went to talk to the front desk about it he was completely rude. Don’t expect to spend the night for that kind of money in a room filled with bugs.

Loud car noise on the main road through the night, revving and racing from like 11-1 until I went to sleep. Basic and clean room - definitely an older hotel but updated a little. Very comfortable beds and bedding so once I got to sleep it was great. We had 5 people and the 2 bathroom set up was awesome.

I was improperly charger $50 dollars at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Spokane. It is impossible to contat Days In to dispute the charge.

Overall the hotel is good. The staff is great! The issue i have is the fact that room 213 is label to be able to have 5 people in the room, that is only if you dont mind sleep on the couch. There are pictures of the room with a sofa in it but its not a pullout sofa. So my son had to sleep on it.

The rooms were recently remodeled, were clean and efficient. We happened to have lots of luggage, when we found out the first floor didn't have an elevator and where we checked in was on the second floor, we asked if the attendant could help us with our luggage, we are older. She said no. She also told us the door that was on the same level of the room was being painted and we couldn't use it, making us take a few trips down the stairs and down a long hall. When we get to our room, we discover the door she was talking about was glass and metal, was unlocked and right next to our room. We could have parked our car nearby and adverted the hassle! No idea why she decided to do that!

Walked into our room and it was over 80 degrees in there. A musty old cigarette smell was heavy in the air. When I turned on the a/c it rattled and a little cool air came out. When I opened the window the screen was laying across the room area. 2 towels for 5 people. A real dive. Oh and it was 290 a night.
