Incredibly rude check in. Young kid in glasses with the absolute polar opposite of hospitality in the hospitality industry. The last time I was here, my 2nd floor room’s window was right above a smoking area. Cigarette smoke was coming directly into my wall ac unit (you could see it). It was disgusting. ...

It's okay for the most part could be cleaned better. Rooms aren't always stocked with necessary items. Laundry is always broke. Breakfast is little to none half the time could add some fruit toast or even cereal.
