Being right off the interstate and busy road it was very loud and construction crews and trucks woke us up many times in the night and early morning doing work in or near the property . The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating . Maybe investing in a swingset, jungle gym or benches in the grassy area on the side would be nice for people to relax . "I usually stay here every time I'm in Knoxville because the rooms are reasonable, nice, and staff know me. There were a few stains on my comforter but other than that everything was fine. I'm sure if I would've asked for another one I would've gotten it, but I was ready to go to sleep. "
