"Property is getting old. Pool was dirty"

"The common areas were nicely decorated but the cleanliness ended there our suite the carpet in both rooms wasn’t vacuumed very well! The couch was atrocious the arms were shredded with pieces coming off! If you sat on it; you had to dust yourself off. The “office” chair was lopsided when sitting in it, so my husband sat in the wooden straight chair to watch TV & I had to lay or sit on the bed in the bedroom. Went to pool area, pool was full of leaves, and the blue pool chairs were faded almost white, had a very few green chairs that weren’t faded. Very disappointed! Also toilet was not handicap height! Very hard to get up of off! The only upside was that we close to Cracker Barrel & Applebee’s so could walk for dinner. "

"The pros in this hotel: room was clean,the price was good, good customer service. Did not like the room that was given @ check in because it had a door acces to another room. Went back to office the lady @ desk was super nice and switched the room without problem. Stores and restaurants conveniently located. The cons: the hotel is in the process of renovation so it looks very run down, the pillows were terrible. One of the beds was squeke. Only two regular size flat pillows on each bed. Good thing I brought with me my two fluffy pillows. the bathtub was really dirty. It looks like it has not been cleaned for months. The bathroom door would not close properly. It had to be forced to close it. No coffee maker or coffee. Of course no breakfast included. The location of the hotel can be somewhat noisy because it's on main road where there's alot of traffic and ambulance sirens. Overall me and my husband were able to sleep well without any problem. For the price of the hotel can't expect much "

"I did not get in the pool. No outside seating area except in the small pool section. Gym was small with basic equipment. "

"This hotel was nasty and not worth $300 for 1 night. There were stains all over the ceiling. The room wasn't very clean and smelled awful!! Like a musty shoe/locker room. We even had to ask the staff for air freshener just so we could sleep. DO NOT STAY HERE!"
