"The best Hotel "

"Cook top did not work, booked for pool but no pool they said closed for repair but no repairs going on, they did not disclose at booking.no restaurant or bar as advertised and breakfast was not good, grounds were trashy and dirty, people always hanging out smoking by door to hallway, looks like they are remodeling rooms and halls, inside room was good except water was leaking up thru vinyl plank floor in bath"

"The area of our villa/property grounds had trash, unkept& very dated condo-very basic & worn out at best. The resort was overall pretty nice, secured. Called maintenance 3x and they were responsive. "

"Overall, we liked our stay. We enjoyed everything Lego and we made great memories. There are a few things that need serious improvement though, starting with the Bricks restaurant. For starters, we are extremely upset that we paid $100 for buffet style food that was clearly sitting there all day. Not one selection of it was decent. We tried to love it but we were only able to stomach 1 bite of what we got and actually got sick. It was truly an awful dining experience and it seems like even the workers know it’s bad"

"This place was horrible. Looked nothing like the online pictured. Smelled of beer and cigarettes. In a very unsafe location. We checked in, saw the condition of the room and checked right back out. The room had no dresser but substituted with a file cabinet. Had a broken office chair in the room. Would not recommend this place to snybody. "

"Internett didnt work at all,there were roaches the sheets were stained. It kinda looked as if the room wasnt cleaned prior to arrival staff was fine no issues there."
