"Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was kept clean. The parking area was adequate and there were plenty of spaces. The room was comfortable and smelled clean however there were broken and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. Access to this property is not easy. "

"We had a very disappointing experience on Saturday, April 18th. We ended up never receiving our food. We waited a long time, and no staff member provided any explanation or updates about the delay. Eventually, we had to leave. Poor communication and service overall. Not what we expected, especially for a paid meal."

"paid $596.87 for 4 people and 1 dog for 3 nights, room and bedding was clean, TV worked, water was hot BUT no coffee maker, no plates, bowls or cups or silverware, even though had a 2 burner hot plate and microwave, no shampoo or conditioner, 4 people stayed, not enough towels had to take the used ones down to front desk to get fresh ones, i roll of TP had to go get another one😳. will find something else next time."

"Beds were horrendous, they were caved in the middle so you woke up with back pain in the morning. Bathroom in room smelt bad, and there was a dog pee odor all over the up stairs rooms. Ac was broken before we entered residence and took 2 days to fix. The upstairs AC broke again upstairs and we didnt even bother going upstairs. Service was extremely fast to fix and very helpful. Room was large and had everything you needed. Property is beautiful and water park is a perfect size. For the price that was paid I would not recommend staying here, there are better places for cheaper prices."

"This was the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. the sockets didn’t work in the bathroom, roaches and dirty. I understand that they are under construction but rooms should not be rented until the construction is completed. "

"Everything was absolutely perfect and we had the greatest time. Our first family vacation and we exceeded our own expectations. The only complaint was the left over beer caps in the bark mulch we kept finding from guests before us. But I would definitely recommend!"
