Everything that you would expect. Unfortunately location is a little bit far away from public transport.

The concierge service could be improved further. The guy attended to me kind of disappeared after he made the call for a taxi upon my request. However I was waiting not knowing that the taxi has actually arrived.

Very nice location, larger room and newer than the average 5 star hotel in this central area. Will stay again

Staff were outstanding, rooms were great, there was some construction noise on one side of the hotel, but they quickly moved me to the quieter side.

Just back from the Prime hotel Beijing and what an amazing stay, the room was very comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect from at 4/5 star hotel, the hotel was very close to the main shopping street - Wangfujing street and a tube stoop is just over the road. The onsite restaurant was very nice, it’s Vietnamese and was reasonably priced. The lobby bar was welcoming and the beer selection ok - tip: try the cake just outside the lobby bar. Overall a really great stay.

The rooms at this hotel are fantastic. Every room is a suite and all controls are on I pads. We were staying for our third wedding anniversary trip and they had a lovely cake and card signed by the staff waiting for us. We had two dinners (the French and Chinese restaurants) and breakfast in the hotel. Excellent service and facilities in keeping with the Waldorf Astoria brand . The family was well looked after by the attentive staff and we had the opportunity to partake in the Michelin star restaurant facilities.

Great location. It's only two blocks from Wangfujing main shopping street. The hotel is new and great facilities. The services at front desk was great. Speedy check in and check out.

Great hotel

After much searching we finally elected to stay at the Regent, this was an outstanding choice !!! we arranged for the hotel to pick us up from the airport ( cost around £60 each way) each way ,great choice we were met by a lovely girl from the hotel and a driver and transferred in a large Audi ( hotel has Rolls Royce's if that's your choice) on arrival at the hotel we were offered an upgrade to a suite ( cost around £75 per night) we took this upgrade, the suite (1640) overlooked the forbidden...

Modern hotel in nice neighbourhood with a subway (line 7) only 2 / 3 minutes walk away. You need to head two stops from Beijing West Railway station (Daguanying). It is about 30 minutes metro ride from city centre and Wangfujing / Tianamen etc. Hotel is clean, modern with good size rooms. Staff are helpful and professional - although there was some language difficulties with reception. This was a particular issue when I wanted to extend my stay. Expedia didn't have the same room type...

The hotel was amazing and so was the buffet there were so many nice options for food.the pool was a bit to shallow but overall it was really good.the shower was a bit confusing.

Excellent bathroom with great shower. Situated next to the U Town Mall so lots of places to eat, drink and shop. Walkable to Subway. Great swimming pool, sauna, steam room etc.
