"Very disappointing. Westlands lodge was dirty and smelly, the kitchen was particularly dirty, the bedding was stained, one blanket had crusts of what looked like blood, it had not been laundered. Did not offer value for money and did not feel Covid Safe. I had to clean on our arrival in order to feel that it was an acceptable level of hygeine for myself and my family. Information at the lodge was outdated, we had a problem with the smoke alarm and were unable to contact anyone. Very dissatisfied...

"First time staying at a Holiday Inn Express and it was amazing! We stayed for the Ed Sheeran concert and upon arrival we were gifted a brown bag with water, biscuits & a Kit Kat, so thoughtful. The bar and food were great and reasonably priced. The room was big, clean and beds were very comfy. "
