She literally was the best part of my vacation as she was very attentive, kind, professional, sweet, and overall gave great suggestions for me to choose from to make my trip the best I've had in awhile. The suite was well maintained and was nicely located with great views of the sea, the winery, and the villages of Prygos. The plunge pool was very nice, though I didn't expect it to be salt water. "The views of the Caldera are just breathtaking. The junior suite we were staying in is very well planned with two balconies and a jacuzzi. A big thank you to the reception and Resturant staff. The room cleaning also deserves appreciation for their continued hard work we observed during our seven day stay. Overall a definite repeat trip."

"Lovely clean hotel, however be aware steps are everywhere, would not recommend for disabled travellers who have difficulty with steps. Do not expect WiFi, hotel offers free WiFi however its so slow it sends u back to 1980s. 1 to 2 mps is all I could get, so data use was recalled."

"The view was marvelous from the restaurant and pool. Having our personal small pool was amazing. The staff was wonderful in arranging all the transportation that we needed an excursion, such as horseback riding, which was marvelous. The breakfast was sensational. The staff of the restaurant was exceptional. We will definitely come here again."
