"First of all, this facility is NOT a hotel. It's more of a cabin camping facility. As previously stated. This was booked during the Santorini off-season. Manager was never on site. Communication was via internet on the housekeeper who only spoke Albanian. There was no heat on the second floor and no effort was made to repair or replace it. Windows and doors leaked during rainstorms. "

"Our group of four had an absolutely wonderful time at Hotel Santo Miramare. The property is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located right on the beach. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay special. The pool area was lovely, and the breakfasts each morning were fresh and delicious—just what we needed to start the day! The only downside was that the charge was different from the dollar amount we had agreed to at the time of booking on the website. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic, and we’d definitely stay here again."
