"The first room we went in had a dim light in the bathroom, stickiness on a few carpet spots, and a smelly fridge so I requested a new room. The front desk said they don't have any more 2 bed rooms available but could offer a discount on an upgrade. I declined as I needed 2 beds. He then was able to move me to a room of someone that hasn't checked in yet since I had a family of 4 and they only had 2. Very appreciated of the commodity. Breakfast was simple but good. Pool and hot tub were great!"

"This is a very clean and nice hotel. It feels brand new and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite. My only complaint was the noise. It seems like when building this hotel, they really cheaped out on soundproofing. It’s right next to the interstate which was loud inside the room, Also, you could hear every footstep in the room above us, and they apparently had young kids who were running around all until almost midnight. And I mean you could really hear them. On the second night we stayed, I was watching television at a very normal volume level, and the manager must have received a complaint and had to come ask us to turn it down. I could barely hear the tv over the air conditioner, but it was bothering our neighbors. Not their fault, but the walls must have been as bad about noise transmission as the floors. Otherwise, perfectly nice hotel and very clean."

"I love the country inns & suites. However, the room I got the main door was not hung straight so it was very difficult to open and close the door. The carpet was frayed by the doorway as well. The one vending machine was also out of water. The staff was very helpful though. No water in the vending machine... I was able to purchase some from the front desk for cheaper than the vending machine would have been. So that was good. Hotel was clean otherwise. Would stay again but would hope that those maintenance issues are rectified."

"Wish it said the kids can’t swim past 9 somewhere clearer. Got there at 830. Kids were very disappointed"

"It was easy to check in and the employee was very nice. The location is a little intimidating at night time but overall the hotel was very nice. The room wasn't the cleanest and it could have been updated. The bathroom door wouldn't close/lock. Overall I was satisfied with the room and staff. The breakfast was cereal, bagels and waffles. I would stay here again if I needed too."
