There was a lot of snow during my stay and the staff cleaned off my car and made sure there was a path from the door to my car. Above and beyond and I will stay at this property again. I only wish there was a pool and hot tub.

Check in was fine. The room was good, clean. The shower had empty shampoo and body wash on the wall. There was conditioner and a separate shampoo on the ledge. I didn't notice until I was in the shower and washed up with shampoo. Plenty of towels but lacked cups, only 2 for a 4 person room. I liked that there was no carpet. The doors are VERY heavy and you knew whenever someone was coming or going all night. Lot's of traffic noise as well.
