Secrets Tides was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful, and the rooms were very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The resort offers three pools, excellent drinks, and outstanding facilities and services throughout. We had a great week in Punta Cana and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the sea at the hotel was full of seaweed. The hotel staff are doing their best to clear it, but it does make the beach less ideal for swimming. Beautiful beach resort. Nice junior suite - good size. Lovely restaurants and drinks. Highly recommend. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had a great vacation here. The adjacent beach was superb, the food in the buffet was generally excellent, the entertainment well organised and the staff mostly friendly and helpful. The concierge Jose tipped it to 5*. Definitely a few niggles: room quality didn't match the listing, some of the restaurants were iffy and certain elements felt gougey (e.g. "privelege" and the on site store) but nothing major enough to detract from the rating.. We had a very enjoyable stay- family holiday- everything was of a high standard at majestic colonial, the staff the amenities, the food the location/ weather the day trips to monkeyland. We are hoping to come back in coming years

We had a swim up suite which was Fabulous! Everything but Everything! Was amazing! Food gardens restaurants entertainment! If I could leave a 7 star review I certainly would! Just returned from the newest Palace resort - the Grand Punta Cana. It is still very much in soft opening phase and building work is still in progress. bear this in mind when booking. The potential for this resort once complete is endless, right now there are good and improvement points - but we will be back to stay once complete. Good points Aesthetic - This resort is stunning internally! The lobby, rooms, restaurants, bars and pools have all been designed beautifully and the attention...
