"The trolly on the hotel property area is supposed to run 24 hours but at night is almost impossible to get one."

"Do not stay here. Roaches located in restaurants and in our room. Most of the Staff are not helpful and are rude. They acted like they did not want to be there. Multiple restaurants were not open and majority of restaurants required reservations that could only be made in the morning by another staff. Our door did not lock the whole trip and it was very unsettling for one of the hotel rooms we had. We had to sleep all in the room that the lock did work. We were 5 lady’s and did not feel secure. In addition, We were relaxing in the lobby bar and they turned the light off so we could leave. Room service not 24 hours. The pools and beach were really nice and the bartenders were nice as well as the lady’s at the coffee bar. Other than that I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend to anyone."

"This was my second time staying at this resort, and unfortunately, it has gone downhill since my first visit. The resort itself is beautiful, the food was good, and the beach massages were a great touch. The atmosphere is very quiet, which can be relaxing if that’s what you’re looking for. However, the biggest issue was cleanliness. I encountered cockroaches on three separate occasions, which was extremely disappointing and made me very uncomfortable. For a resort of this caliber, that is simply unacceptable. Overall, while there were some positives, the rodent/pest issues completely overshadowed the experience. Sadly, I won’t be returning."

"El hotel es bonito no tengo nada malo que decir sobre la fachada, pero el cuarto que nos asignaron no eataba preparado de la manera correcta para recibir a alguien, tenia un olor desagradable a hongo y a humedad, puerta de la ducha no se podia abrir, lavamanos tapados, cucarachas; de tanto que era la humedad que la ropa llego impregnada de ese olor a mi casa y lo peor por ese olor a hongo mi esposo tuvo que ir a emergencias necesitaba atencion medica, lo positivo es que conocimos empleados con una bna actitud siempre, ( Avelino, Victor de la barra del Lobby, Danny,el que limpia las mesas del Mercado y en las tardes en la barra del Lobby ay una persona bajita que tbm nos trato excelente de eso si me llevo algo muy especial, los que trabajan en el check in and out no todos tienen ese carismo pero hacen su trabajo en fin lo peor es la habitacion."
