Manager was very welcoming and doing a fabulous job at this resort. We absolutely loved our 2 night stay and wished we could stay longer.

It was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is newly opened and rooms are fresh. The staff are very friendly, especially Assistant Manager Abhey, Jayan, and the restaurant team. It was a nice pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful. Only concern was mosquitos in the room. Otherwise we really enjoyed the views and the nature.

Nice ambiance and good hosting

Having travelled around India for 5 weeks it was refreshing to find a hotel where we weren’t pestering for reviews every 5 minutes! Maybe that’s because they don’t need to as they already know that their staff are all friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean, nice food and pool. From the outlet we were impressed, the staff knew who we were on arrival, the room was spacious and well air conditioned, the view and location are perfect for Varkala beach, the shower was hot (rare compared to other hotels) and the staff were always available to help. We will stay here again and recommend to friends.

Relaxing few days at the Fragrant Nature. Superb location and wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Take advantage of the sunset kayak trip through Mangrove Safari just across the road. If you like to walk, seek out the Meenad-Polachira trail by the Polichira lake.

Brand new hotel. Great location next to the Helipad and 1 min walk to the beach and plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants. Stayed in room 301. It has a great view of the sea and the Helipad so if you like people watching this is the place for you. Very, very clean room and all hotel facilities too. Room was really good size. I absolutely loved staying here, really beautiful hotel and excellent location. The staff were so lovely and helpful too. I was sad to only stay one night, I’ll come back for sure!
