"Our room was modern, the bed was comfortable and the room was relatively clean. The bathroom was dirty and grimy. The pool was jam packed and offered no room to enjoy ourselves. Not sure we plan on returning to this location. "

"when i paid my resort fee i expect full service ice machine was not working. took fo ever to get service at valet and taxi. Buffet was ok food could have been hotter water down orange juice. when i went to check out i told the person about my issues with having to pay my resort fee when i feel things should have work properly. I was told to go to each department and complain there.....not my job wont be giving and more of my cash to virgin "
