"Hi, the staff were great when we checked in. I did not know I had to pay for parking. I was a little sad to learn that the property was undergoing a renovation and I could not use the fitness room. They gave me a partial refund which was nice. They were very responsive to my needs while I was there. I will definitely go back once they are finished to stay!"

"The staff were very nice and respectful. However the hotel needs a lot of work. I appreciate that they just had replaced all of the beds so we weren't concerned with bed bugs. The room was clean but the bathroom shower head was filthy. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and made a noise when turned on. There's so much grime in the fan for it to work properly. Same goes with the air conditioning unit, it works howevever the filter was very filthy. The toilet paper holder was coming off of the wall. We stayed for two days however we didn't get any housekeeping service. We at least expected them to replace our towels but we didn't see the housekeeper. The pool smelled like drainage water. It had a sour smell to the whole room. It didn't look clean, there were no towels to dry off. The water was so cold. "
