"The property was clean and comfortable and had great amenities. It is in a great location close to the water and downtown collingwood. Front desk staff were friendly and warm. It would be helpful if staff went over all the amenities at check in such as the fire pits rooftop etc so guests know about all the options. The spa staff could have been friendlier and their amenities do need updating."

They went out of their way to help my best friend and I celebrate a life milestone, and made the weekend extra special. Getting to spend the night in such a thoughtfully decorated hotel, comfy beds, and a massive tub, was so relaxing. We're already excited to come back."

"Great experience with family members/ We had 3 apt and family age was from 4 to 70y (10in total) All was great: Checkin the staff was friendly, we had lucky and received an upgrade (1 room only), the villa environment is very special and handy to have all resto, shops, fun close by, having a Hot tub to relax and chat with the kids was amazing.
