Great location and staff, would recommend!

We are a family with under 3 toddler. The hotel was super for everything, clean, friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Even in the event of coronavirus, the hotel made perfect arrangements to ensure safety of guests. The hotel is ideally located immediately next to Marina mall and many restaurants, plus the wonderful marina walk. Highly recommended and excellent value.

This is our 5th 7 day holiday to Dubai, we have stayed on the Palm twice and Jumeriah Beach twice. We booked this hotel in particular because of its location to the Marina ( 5 mins ) and JBR ( 10 mins ) also that you could share the facilities at the adjoining hotel, which was a great bonus. The hotel offered everything, clean, good food, bars and of course the famous Barista bar that we had a ball in ( don't believe the negative comments ) its so not true! The staff member Yousri was awesome. His service was above and beyond and deserves a promotion, I would also like to add the pool area is the best on JBR

The Address is the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed in. It is so well maintained that it looks like it has just been built. The bedroom and bathroom were enormous. Aside from the usual facilities, there is free bottled water and an iPad in the bedroom. The bedroom and bathroom had excellent views over the Marina. Thought the staff in general from the room attendants to the beach staff were all highly professional .Everyone always had a smile on their face and nothing was too difficult . I'm certainly looking forward to my return in April, I just hope the weather is a bit better [ ha ha ]

Very enjoyable stay

Walking distance to the beach and transport easy to access.

The quality of service for the price I paid was beyond what I could have imagined. The other hotels near it cost more and offer less than what delta hotels by Marriott are offering. I was overall extremely pleased with the service carried out. I will definitely be choosing this hotel for the next time I am in Dubai.

Booked the Apratment and stayed with kids. Great Hotel with facilities. Balcony with sea views. Kids enjoyed there stay. Staff were friendly and went beyond expectations to help kids with anything they required. Food was good would recommend families with kids to book this place. Great location with metro station right outside. Mall or Emirates 2 stops away and Burj/Dubai Mall 6 stops. Hotel has onsite store for small essentials and restraurants. Gift shop and Barbers. Also Starbucks!

Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with a sea view. Very spacious, with easy access to the beach and 'the walk' with a number of shops and restaurants. Great for the kids and the grown ups too.

Amazing hotel

Amazing hotel. It’s a Versace hotel so expect for it to look like Versace. Everything looks, feels, and smells immaculate. Staff are on point. Breakfast to your room is splendid. The shops are so cool. It’s just what you would want a Verasce branded hotel.

We have just returned from a fantastic 1 week stat at the JA Palm Tree Court hotel staying on an all inclusive basis. We would highly recommend the all inclusive package as the quality and choice of food & drink at all times was simply amazing and provided great value for money. The beach/ pools/ restaurants / bars throughout the hotel are all superb and the level of professionalism and attentiveness from all members of hotel staff is second to none. The lake view hotel is a NEW hotel with the smell of new carpet permeating in the air. The spectacular atrium was a show piece and exceptional. Staff was friendly and helpful form the moment we met Monica at reception with a welcome reassuring smile, we new our anniversary holiday was going to be great. Advise resort view looking over the swimming pool and golf course matches this hotel perfectly- perfect hotel
