The hotel is very well placed for arrivals/departures from Miami International airport. The room was really excellent including a desk area should you need it and a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning works really well and is both quiet and easilly adjustable, which is great. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and really good value for oney. Highly Recommended and we will definitely use again when transiting via this airport.

Excellent property in the heart of Little Havana…our room had everything needed for a short 5 night break, the staff are so helpful and attentive. The customer service we experienced was sending to none, always checked in during our stay and couldn’t be more helpful, they all went above and beyond, would highly recommend the Tower Hotel!!

Great hotel staff friendly free drink at the bar was a bonus and free breakfast aswell easy to get around with monorail at end of street bars restaurants all around the hotel

Beautiful older building - nice big rooms. Friendly staff. Great location for Miracle Mile etc. Restaurant and bar downstairs - not connected, but food great and service v good.

Really like this hotel. We’ve stayed here several times and it’s also so comfortable and clean.

The bathroom shower is a bit dirty. There was a curly hairs around the shower floor. Otherwise all good. More milk and cream inside the room.

Really good for a night after a flight from the UK. Shuttle bus was perfect both ways to and from the hotel and the staff were lovely.

We were collected by the hotel shuttle, which we could track by an app. So knew how long we had to wait. We had a 1 bed suite for 1 night which was a great space for 3 adults a king bed and a queen sofa bed in the living room area. The room was comfortable and clean with alot of room. And even though it was on the main airport ring road and we were ar the end of the corridor closest to the road we were not disturbed at all. Excellent hotel and staff

Very useful for a one night stay after a rather traumatic day on Amtrak (not their fault) Check in at gone midnight was not an issue and pleased to wake up to a nice cooked breakfast after a much needed night's sleep

Loved my stay at this Hilton! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the online check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The hotel is also in a great downtown location with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a perfect location right in the heart of Brickell. The room was small but had everything I needed. All room features are controlled via iPad A also very nice. I would definitely stay there again!
