"Inteior of the property was beautiful. We enjoyed exploring the hotel and using the gym. Unfortunately, not the hotels fault, but the area outside the property felt unsafe at night (after 10pm). During the day there was lots of security and was safe to walk around. Pier 39 is a short 40min walk from the property and you get to see Union Square and China Town. Overall we had a blast. "Pros: Good location! Very close to luxury stores and union square. Nice area to walk around. The beds are comfortable and the pillows too. The TV can connect to Netflix and other platforms. Friendly people at front desk and concierge. Good size bathroom. Cons: The room was a little small. The carpet and furniture looked a little dated. "
