"The pool is nice and heated! For the price, you can’t beat this hotel. It’s nice! Comfy bed. It’s on a major road and our room was on the side but it didn’t bother us. We don’t eat here so I can’t comment on food. There is a nice walking or bike path all along hwy 111. We rode our bikes to the zoo and all around. "

"We had a wonderful time here at the Hyatt. It was a "sisters" trip and we wanted a nice pool with poolside service. We rented a cabana and it was lovely. The hotel was the perfect getaway for us...we just kicked back and enjoyed our time together. Agua Caliente Casino is nearby and we went there for a couple hours. We enjoyed the lazy river and there were a ton of youngsters having a blast going down the water slides. Hyatt always has such beautiful hotels and we are never disappointed. (P.S. The Hyatt in Playa Del Carmen is amazing!)"

"For as many trips as I’ve made to Palm Springs in the last year plus, I wish I had found this gem sooner! My room was tucked inside the interior hall, so did not open directly to the outside; but those rooms had seating right outside their door and sun shade(think cabana style). My room was gorgeous with a very comfy queen bed, a fireplace (decorative, only), keurig, mini fridge, and more. Two glasses of champagne on the house! Pool and spa open 24 hours, fireplace on the second floor balcony overlooking the pool. Unlimited candy bar!!! I could go on and on, but this place is truly special. The buildings 90 years old, so there are going to be some imperfections. My only gripe is that the WiFi was not working very well, so I used my phone hot spot for my laptop. Also, if you require an elevator, make sure you ask for a first floor room as the property does not have one. Otherwise, highly recommended to anyone and everyone!"
