"The king room was extremely large. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We had an evening flight and they let us check out late. Pool, restaurant, and gym area very nice. They are located right on the canal."

"We absolutely loved our stay. We were a little worried because of the reviews were very 50/50. This place is great! It’s clean, the breakfast is great, the staff is friendly, and the pool area is very nice. There is everything to do around the hotel and Totally walking distance. Our only complaint is to pay daily for parking, but $10/day is cheap for the area (we looked!) we will absolutely be coming back to stay here again! Amazing experience! (October 2025) "

"I really enjoyed our room… Third floor of the tower. Very nice shower, products, and a very comfortable bed. Not a great view from the lower floor but still could see some water. The restaurant had wonderful food for dinner and quick service to the pool."

"To be fair, they’re under renovations, but to be honest it was a little much. The construction work and traffic in main lobby was insane! The staff was super friendly, my room was perfect and clean . I loved how they provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner. They had a nice safe fo me to keep my things in, small fridge to keep a few things in, a desk and cozy couch. I slept like a rock, except being woke up by construction drilling and knocking at 8am. That was a little annoying, but I get it. They’re making the hotel better. "
