"We had a perfectly reasonable stay, with a nice harbor view and no problems. We were nearly put off by reviews that called the place "shabby". No, not at all. It's well kept but dated instead. But not in a bad way. Downsides are the heat made a "clunk" sound each time it turned on and despite having double windows (porch and room) that side of the room was still cold. Upsides are price, location, staff and generally solid basic room. I hope they don't mess it up with a tacky renovation or cheap materials."

"We needed an overnight for a flight. Room was updated and mostly clean, bathroom had lights out so dim but beds comfy, fridge and tv work. Little coffee maker is too small for the coffee pads they provide so one cup ended uo grounds. Not a deal breaker, but the onsite starbucks plus the Dennys did not have anything milk alternative so very disappointed plus really?? Even Starbucks? Indoor pool was good, very small so filled with little people so used the slide - great, and hot tub. Outdoor pool was closed for season but looked to be a great size. Took a dinner from Chop to the room, no options anywhere for an actual wine glass. Overall nice night, friendly staff, quiet sleep. "

"I arrived exhausted and there Staff there accomodated me by allowing a early check in The room seemed vlean, but as the evening progressed, i noticed things and the first was a bodily fluid stain on the comforter. I reported it but then decided to let it go as it was far from me. I was sooooo tired. I just took it off In the morning I realized that the sheets only covered the top of the bed not the foot . This explained my entanglement . When I looked closer i noticed what looked like nut shells or something everywhere on the mattress. The mattress was so uncomfortable as well "

"Parking included, decent pool, great location. Nice and spacious bedroom, great restaurant. The hotel has potential to be great but the old windows don’t block the outside noises at all, the pillows were very big and hard, the hot water didn’t always work, and our room was set up for 2 and we were 3. Had to call 3 times to get the extra towels (nevermind cutlery and glasses). 2 elevators were not working so there were big lineups to get on the elevator. "
