"Nice room, weird closet, food was pricey. Not worth the cost."

"It was a good location but the air quality was terrible and my room smelled like garlic and cooking smells. Smoke filled the room due to the fire bar and the next hotel having an outdoor grill. I would recommend staying here if you have allergies. Staff was accomoding but they don’t understand CNA er treatment and I was asked to leave the property under force of police arrest. Thank you for finding my credit card that was delivered and held by someone I don’t know. I contacted Bellevue PD and Washington State police and my Attorney is Tully and Rickney all of the information a deaf, disabled person shouldn’t have to provided. Sorry for the inconviencr but my passport was stolen along with my identity and checkbooks. The staff didn’t care about that part even though I was wearing my hospital band and told them I was from JBLM. "

"Front desk personnel were fabulous! Had just gotten back from a cruise relatively early morning Sunday, waiting for flight on Monday, front desk worked to get us an early check in and got it done! Got greeting text from manager checking in with us...nice touch... great facility with an airport shuttle running every 15 minutes 24/7, restaurant, bar, well stocked gift shop...conveniently located near airport..will stay again!"

"We liked the size of the rooms and that they were pretty clean... What we did not like...first arrived told check in was 3 p.m. no exceptions only to return later and people were being booked even before 3 p.m. When we returned two quest (man and woman) were having a heated argument at the reception desk...not a lot was being said nor done to break up the argument... No food nor refreshments available...had to order a pizza...bought refreshments at the food market located next door... We had an early morning flight and retired early only to listen to the quest above us doing god knows what...and making a lot of noise until about 11:00 p.m.... Took the free hotel airport shuttle in the morning at 6:45 a.m....shuttle took us to the airport but dropped all of us at gate 4...we had to go to gate 1 which was a considerable distance away... All in all a very poor stay...Red Roof will not be our stay ever again..."

"The turn into the parking lot sneaks upnon you quick but thats only because of the plants that make you feel like you arent right next to a main road. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my questions. The room was a lot bigger than i expected. Great experience for the price."
