"Shuttle service is quick which i used for airport-hotel. Hotel rates in Seattle are very high due to cruise seasons, so I'm glad to be able to find Red Roof for my 2 nights stay. Hotel room is clean and spacious, got everything needed for the trip. There's a restaurant within 2 minutes walk that opens til 2:30am, and reopens at 6:30am. 2 gas station convenient stores next door."

"We have stayed here 3 times now and this last time was horrible. There was a drunk guy who locked himself out of the building and at 2am he was banging and using rocks on the glass door to get in. We called the front desk and they did nothing. Then there was a group of people screaming non stop starting feom 1 am to 4 am. we called the front desk twice and they daid they were sending someone to talk to rhem but never did. "

"I actually feel bad rating this as low as i did but since one man's behavior made us decide we will never stay there again i suppose the rating is fair. There was a gentleman working the evening shift Saturday night who was a real a$$####! We got back from a day out exploring and dinner and the parking situation was terrible. You mean you pay $20 for parking and there are not enough spots? We drove around the building twice with no luck finding a spot so we came back to the front to park in a valet only spot. Just as we were about t i get out an employee pulled out of another spot so we parked there but it had a sign for the coffee place only. So we went inside and were trying to explain this to him but he just wanted to argue saying there were 55 spots available. No they were all occupied but he continued. This man needs to leave customer service. Other than that everyone was nice and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was nice in the morning too. If he were gone I'd go back otherwise. Good luck I'm sure he will cost this hotel more business!"

"No major complaints. Staff were great, room was a decent size. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much and needed more of a blanket. Lots of different smells: outside from the guests, in the hallway, elevator, in the room. I've never stayed at a Woodsprings before and probably won't again. The environment felt more like an extended stay for folks than a one night stay for in and out guests."

"The property was spotless, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. It is a little outdated but didn’t really bother us at all. Rooms were also sound proof so the neighbors didn’t bother us at all. Loved how they gave us a few complimentary drinks and cookies while we checked in. We also loved how check out time was 12 p.m. Our stay over all was great. "
