It appeared to be a very family, friendly hotel, and even with a lot of families and children being at the hotel, the noise level was good. I would recommend."

"Our experience here was GREAT!!! The building is located directly on Venice Beach Boardwalk!!! When we arrived there was a line and a bit of a wait, but it was well worth it! The lady at the counter (sure wish I got her name) was super friendly! She took the time to get to know us and that it was our 15th wedding anniversary. When we got to our room the code didn’t work. We went down and let her know and she personally came up and fixed the issue. When that door opened the view took my breath away! The room itself is not fancy but has everything we needed. It’s in a great location with partying all around. That being said it is noisy at night which we didn’t mind. They provide ear plugs for a better nights sleep. I would absolutely stay here again! "

"Great property and location. Very well staffed with high quality people. Penthouse restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and cocktails and food are very nice. My overall start was excellent. Only thing I would caution people about are the extra fees. There is a $40/day “amenity fee” which was not explained at check-in. This is added to your bill regardless if you use any amenities. Also, parking is expensive. $68/day. Other than that, very nice place. "
