"Clean room although rust everywhere and a 20 year old tv. The check in staff was wonderful, but after saying that they would charge a $50 hold for incidentals, got a $100 deposit hold. The biggest issue was that there was no water in the shower and when I presented the issue was met with “sorry” and that was it. Let’s just say for being a “standardized” hotel it was giving more of “don’t care , it is what it is” vibes. "

"During my recent stay, I observed that certain individuals may not be receptive to guest feedback. Upon my departure at 5:00 a.m., a staff member was present. She appeared to take exception to my inquiry regarding the shuttle's operational schedule. My comment was not intended sarcastically; rather, it was an observation that the local workforce typically operates on a later schedule than previously. With the exception of this individual, all other staff members provided excellent service. I believe additional training in guest relations would be beneficial for the employee working the night shift, as it could enhance her professional demeanor and job satisfaction."

"Convenient to everything, stores restaurants, banks a beautiful park right next door. Everything within walking distance. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Friendly, courteous and aways helpful. Rooms aways clean and comfortable. 😁"
