Excellent hotel in a first class location. Hotel, from arrival to departure, could not be faulted. The hotel is hidden in some backstreets, but it is modern and well worth considering. Being where it is keeps it nice and quite. They put a free tuk tuk on that takes you to the BTS or half way to IconSiam which is a huge help to getting around. Staff were always friendly and readily available. The hotel is clean and well kept, with the small restaurant is lovely. The only downside, and this is picky, the pool is at ground level so misses early Sun. This Japanese style hotel was truly exceptional. Stylish and everything of the utmost quality. The tepanyaki restaurant was a delight with super attentive staff.

Fabulous stay as always , it’s our 7 th time at the Chatrium. Beautiful room - 1 bedroomed suite with fantastic river views. Breakfast is first class. Service brilliant. Wonderful staff. Friendly, attentive and helpful.

Place was clean with excellent staff service. They were attentive to our honeymoon and decorated the room for us complimentary. Our shower leaked slightly but overall great location and good standards.

This property was in a perfect location and was very clean. Lots of places to eat and drink around it but also quite if you are not wanting to be right in the hustle and bustle, however it is a 1 minute walk away.

I stayed for one night after flying in to Bangkok. I'd pre-booked the hotel shuttle from the airport which currently runs every hour. The shuttle is free and was on time and they were expecting me. The grounds are nicely laid out and the swimming pool looked good, but didn't have time to try it. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. There was a good choice at breakfast and coffee was very good. Overall a very good value hotel especially with the shuttle to and from the airport.
