Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel location is extremely convenient, near major shopping centers and public transportation.

Place was clean with excellent staff service. They were attentive to our honeymoon and decorated the room for us complimentary. Our shower leaked slightly but overall great location and good standards.

The hotel is hidden in some backstreets, but it is modern and well worth considering. Being where it is keeps it nice and quite. They put a free tuk tuk on that takes you to the BTS or half way to IconSiam which is a huge help to getting around. Staff were always friendly and readily available. The hotel is clean and well kept, with the small restaurant is lovely. The only downside, and this is picky, the pool is at ground level so misses early Sun. Really liked the condition of the hotel, been open a few years and all was looking good, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Had a family do with several rooms, a nice selection of restaurants within a 3-15 min walk from hotel. Pool really nice size and not too busy.

It all works. Check-in straightforward. Parking very easy. Lifts work. Everything in the room works. Reasonable level of lighting. Air con fully adjustable and quiet. Hot water is hot. Only slight downsides - shower rather small and cramped; only two internet connections permitted per room - in the modern world we all have multiple devices 6 is really the minimum number needed per room.

This is the perfect location in Chinatown for sightseeing. English speaking staff and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We upgraded to a room with a view which was great. Will go back again if visiting Bangkok again.

Superb location on the riverfront. Staff were excellent and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of bottled water provided. Breakfast was great with endless choices. Very quiet and peaceful room.
