First and foremost I would like to say that this property is an awesome property the customer service the room service every services that you can think of this place have it down right pat. The only concern though is the noisy AC or air condition and the bed springs are vivid and it make’s sleeping uncomfortable if you are on the side where the springs can be felt. Ana their wifi is not stable.

Super helpful staff!
I had a little difficulty finding the appropriate parking entrance. The property is part of a big shopping complex with its' own parking area, but using the same entrance as the hotel. All signs were in Thai, so I had trouble finding how to get to the hotel entrance and parking, but very helpful hotel staff directed me and even let me park directly in front of the lobby to make it more convenient for me. Super nice service!

Stay off the 18th floor! Bugs!
We arrived late in the evening, and were put on the top floor. Upon exiting the elevator, we were disgusted by the condition of the hall carpet. Filthy. We entered our room - bravely - only to find more filth on the floor that one can safely imagine in a hotel! So, while my wife looked the other way, I tore away the bedsheets to look for bugs. Found bed bugs crawling on a pillow, took pics, and went to the front desk to demand another room. They moved us to the 17th floor. Hall carpet was cleaner but noticeably patched for repairs with dissimilar patterns. The room was much better - clean carpet with a few cigarette burns near the window. The next morning, the shower valve on the tub faucet was broken - came right out of its anchoring. So...no shower! Called housekeeping and had to track down the housekeeping manager to get a plumber to fix it. Took a little over an hour, but we got our shower fixed. Stayed 2 more nights uneventfully and enjoyed the tech expo mall on the lower floors. Good location but hard to get to. Don’t let them put you on the 18th floor. You’ll want to leave!!
