Very nice establishment. Pool was great. The view wasnt very good as was construction site on 2 sides and a shopping centre on another. The staff were fantastic and always wanting to help. Very clean and tidy.

Really enjoyed the live music and the breakfast buffet is recommended. This Novatel is better than the other Novatel sites that I’ve stayed in in Bangkok and I would highly recommend it if you have business or purpose to be in this area.

Excellent hotel. Amazing breakfast.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Excellent hotel with an amazing breakfast menu. Very close to DMK airport and a massive shopping centre.

I highly recommend this Novotel

The hotel lobby and check in are extremely well organized. Staff was ready and helpful. The room layout and amenities are perfect. The lobby contains a gallery of small restaurants, each featuring different cuisines. And Alfredo’s the food, service and wine were outstanding and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this Novotel.

The hotel has excellent customer service! They made sure we had taxi transportation to and from the airport. They even had a shuttle to shuttle you to and from the nearby mall. The rooms are very clean but a little small. I left my air pods and left for another country but was able to call and they held the air pods for my friend to pick up for me.

Great Hotel Near The Future Park Mall

The rooms are a good size and very clean. The staff is very friendly. The only thing that soured the experience a bit was I forgot to book Breakfast paid for it but I also had booked too many nights my mistake but they charged me for breakfast for all those nights. Upon checkout I realized this and wanted a refund they told me they couldn't do it until I asked for a manager then they gave me my refund. No Big Deal. I will definitely stay here again.

Restaurant service was appalling. Sat down and waited 15 mins for a menu. Staff sitting behind the counter eating meals during dinner service is just so bad. The girl feeding her face in front of me made multiple mistakes with our order. This is management issue. The Front of House service manage needs a kick up the backside. Music was good, Dj was playing good tunes for the evening. Really disappointed with unhappy, unmotivated staff who would rather feed themselves during service than check on the paying guests. I will not stay here again. It was that bad. I recommend you consider other options. And half an hour wait for water from room service is a joke. 1 small bottle of in a room for 2 people? Budget cutting has its limits. Novotel sucks.
