The perfect airport transit hotel. The staff at the Groove & Greens restaurant were outstanding, as well as the housekeepers on my floor.

Try and book a higher floor as the hotel is located near a roundabout and the motorbikes zooming around it are quite loud although it does not go on too late or too early. The staff service is exceptional and I could not find fault with any individual and the F&B manager was extremely helpful in providing advice on what to do. Breakfast was a little boring as the same every day, it would be nice to have some variety.

Hotel is located within easy walking distance to the Impact Area and Convention center, so if you are going to a concert or a convention it is a great location. Rooms are a bit on the small side, shower design could be improved.

I liked the accessibility of the hotel to the Impact Challenger hall, via the skybridge. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My companion and I had a pleasant stay!

Small cozy room. No notice card to state room for housekeeping. Supplies the basic neccesities, would be perfect if toothbrush can be included as part of the housekeeping package, instead of having to get it from the reception every day. Overall 4/5.
