"My room was definitely very quiet. The staff were all friendly and greeted you with a smile. Location was okay. Room was clean with plenty of towels and toilet paper. Some other hotels can be quite stingy with these items. However my air con wasn't blowing cool air. I stayed one night so didn't bother mentioning it. My door lock was jamming so either couldn't lock or unlock. Staff were quick to respond and tried to fix it as best they could. "

"Check-in is disorganized, but all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Every morning at breakfast, one employee was extra welcoming. Interacting with Thuy Giang in the dining room was a lovely way to start our days. It was nice to have two bathrooms. Also, the hotel treats you to a meal and daily happy hour drinks, which was an unexpected bonus. We also love the restaurant next door called Hong Phat."
