"I’d booked 2 rooms and when we arrived they were not available. The staff were extremely helpful (and a little embarrassed) and arranged accommodation at a sister hotel several kms away. Although we were tired after a long overnight flight, the staff were lovely and I can’t fault them on the hotel’s mix up. We can’t comment on the rooms or cleanliness because we didn’t get to see anything other than the lobby."

"The rooms are clean and in walking conviences to Ben Thanh market and good eateries nearby. The fee are cheap. The manager and staff is one person with limited English. The con are nil elevator, only stairs. The Bui Vien street nearby are noisy at night."
