"Fatih was amazing, he helped me with everything and anything I needed. So glad that I was able to stay here and was able to get to the Istanbul Congress Center easily. The area was fine, a little loud during the day but very safe. "

"This was possibly the most enjoyable hotel stay we've ever had and, at age 65, we've stayed in many hotels. The staff here was unparralled. The hotel is supremely well run and their careful attention to detail is very evident in everything from the decor, food, drinks and cocktails, service, and even to the background music.
